Species Identified

Filicampus tigris (Castelnau, 1879) (Tiger pipefish) Occurs over mud, sand, rubble and rocky bottoms. Ovoviviparous . The male carries the eggs in a brood pouch which is found under the tail . Males may be brooding at 17.5 cm SL.
