  Second dive of the day on Stack Rock, this time giving alastair some more open water experience. We saw a couple of Lobsters and quite a few of the smaller Squat variety, also some large edible crabs. The dive was quite scenic with many other interesting things to see. Despite this being Alastairs first weekend out, his constant practice in the pool through the winter, has given him good confidence and control.
