Gianni decided it might be good to explore an area of the reef he hadn't done before. There seemed to be a greater abundance of fish including a large school of Barracuda and a Thornback ray. The topography was also very interesting with large rock overhangs and caves.

More Angel Sharks and an Electric Ray, also one of the biggest morays any of us had seen in Lanzerote.

This dive started on the mains water pipes coming from Fuerteventura. We saw another ray, also a large bright blue sea anenome and a large conch sifting through the sand. Every one went back early, some low on air and some cold. I stayed down on my own for a while but thought people would be cold waiting on the boat for me.

Saw a small thornback at the beginning then a much larger one later on. During the dive we also saw a large Moray and an Angel shark which swam off when we startled it.

This time we started at the fishing boat wreck and went west along the reef, we saw another electric ray and a thornback.

Went in as a group of 6 but, the good viz meant we were quite spread out. I spotted the first Angel shark in the sand and Gianni carefully uncovered it for the others to see before it swam off. Also saw a school of Barracuda and a couple of small sting rays.
