Chee Kean and Jeremy suggested that we go to the more sandy area of the reefs hoping that we can see more things. And it paid off. We saw 2 sharks. We saw the bigger one swimming away from us towards the sandy area and everyone was Used my SMB for the first time. Didn’t inflate the enough. Wants to add more air but the alternate Regulator was quite hard to get and the SMB was bringing me up. Someone had to hold my leg down and Suan Wei had to help me inflate.

Dive 3 Marine park Wreck. Nothing else to see. Max depth - 18m Dive time - 33 min Time In - 15.12 Time Out - 15.45 Temp - 28 °C Visibility - Bad Start pressure - 180 bar End pressure - 80 bar First time visiting the wreck in marine park. Followed a DM from other dive centre. Don’t know what he was trying to do. Swam past the wreck for about 10 mins. Turned back. I saw a puffer fish and tried to take picture. Got separated from the group. Tried to look for them. But visibility was horrible so couldn’t see anything. Decided to swim back towards the jetty on my own after setting the compass. Did missing diver drill and overboard rescue. Was supposed to do a panicked diver on the surface. But i dekit too fast. So by the time alicia was asking for me i only wearing a wetsuit.

Dive 2 Renggis Island Turtle Black tip reef shark Lots and lots of reef fishes Max depth - 10.8 m Dive time - 48 min Time In - 12.04pm Time Out - 12.52pm Temp - 28 °C Visibility - Good Start pressure - 180 bar End pressure - 70 bar First trip with the Sony a6000. Saw a turtle and a reef shark. Still trying to figure out the camera. Couldn’t seem to figure out how to sync the flash with the camera properly. Got a few good shots. The camera’s EVF won’t show the exposure info once the flash is popped. And there is no way to disable the flash via software.
