Safe, friendly, good fun
I had booked the dive in advanced with email. The normal dive was going to a deeper wall dive so instead I to tagged along on a discover scuba dive as a "freebird" which I found ok, I had no need for a deeper dive on my first scuba dive in warmer water. It did mean some hanging around snorkeling while the group did the basics skills, but that just meant more time in the water so I didn't mind. The instructor was great, laid back but safe and secure. Excellent description and she was very good with the novice divers while still showing me some interesting stuff along the way. The equipment was decent but well used, especially the shorty was very worn. All in all it was a great dive and I would definitely dive with Nautilus again (I actually tried to go on the second dive when I returned to Vassiliki the week after but bad weather sadly put a stop to that).
