Unorganized

This company is very disorganized and didn't communicate very well with the customers. The night before our dives, I went in to analyze my tanks and was told that I had to wait until the morning. In the morning when analyzing my tanks, I had to ask for the Nitrox sticker and the pressure gauge to make sure the tanks were full, which one was not. The next morning the shop was chaotic. I was told the night before that we could be carpooled over to the dock. While waiting for instructions from the dive staff, they told us that we were supposed to drive ourselves to the dock. We had to ask for directions and then followed the DM to the dock. At the dock, everyone had to carry all of their equipment and tanks to the boat. The boat was quite a distance down and carry Steel HP100s was a workout in itself. The boat was supposed to leave at 7am but it was almost 8am before left the dock. At the end of the day, we had to carry those tanks back to the car and return them to the shop, although their dive staff had tanks to return themselves. They had a pickup truck so we asked if they wouldn't mind returning our tanks since we had little room in our car. They informed us that they were going to lunch and to take the tanks back ourselves. We were never asked to provide our C-Cards.
