We are a professional diver / instructor training facility located in Orlando, Florida. We offer many courses to accommodate the recreational and technical diver. If you are looking for a course director with experience, our training director Keith A. Mattson CD 15561 has personally certified more than 3,500 students from open water diver to instructor. Mattson has also taught more than 225 Instructor Development Courses and logged more than 13,000 recreational and technical dives. The Dive Station conducted the first PADI Enriched Air Instructor course, the first Emergency Response Instructor course and was the first to be certified as a PADI Career Development Center in 1995. Our school is approved for VA training and is also the only school approved through the Commission of Independent Learning Education in Central Florida as a trade school. All FDI Instructors are retired or ex-military.
