Located on the southwestern side of Buck Island, about four miles from St. Thomas. It is sometimes called Rye Reef, and you may hear different dive ships refer to it by either name. It is named after the Royal Mail Ship (RMS) Wye, a steamship which was the sister ship to the RMS Rhone, a famous diving wreck in the British Virgin Islands. Both ships were owned by the Royal Mail Steam Packet Company, and sank in the same hurricane on October 29, 1867.

Beware: Before you work for this fly by night outfit be aware they do not have workman's compensation insurance. Before you set foot on one of their boats or lift a finger for these low life scumbags ask to see proof of insurance. If you are injured on the job your DAN Insurance will not cover you. If you file a claim against them Rob and his asshole wife will lie and swear that they don't know who you are and you never worked there. Even Sean the slime bag owner will stand behind these lying pieces of shit. Before you work anywhere on these islands ask for proof of insurance or you will be stuck holding the bill paying for your injuries. Welcome to the BS Virgin Islands!

Used Underwater Safaris while on a cruise. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
