Had to get pulled down despite dumping all my air included the valves. Potentially needed an extra 2kg. - Struggled with stability also rolling onto my back. Instructor said I should make sure my BCD is tight and maybe have my weight belt slightly higher. The instructors have to adjust to be stable and buoyant also.
