수영장 교육에서 받은것 복습.
마스크 물빼기, 마스크 뺐다가 다시 끼우기, BCD벗었다가 다시 착용 수중에서 복습.
중성부력으로 몸 높이 움직이지 않게 비교적 잘 유지함. 이퀄라이징이 첫 입수보다 잘 안되어서 물에서 나온 후 약하게 두통이 있었음. 멸치떼가 빛에 반사돼서 무척 예뻤음.
