pb oreilles à la 1ère descente
PA : faire attention à ne pas se faire embarquer. mix entre les 2 PA. la technique est là, il faut affiner.
attention au décollage, reprise de la vitesse à 25-30m bien gérer qd purge rapide pour ne pas redescendre (oreilles). sinon bonne prise mieux équilibrée que ce matin.
