Diver's Notes

2nd dive today. Just me and Andy this time. Old Wreck Head is very difficult to dive as conditions must be just right to do it safely. Much like Lost Wall.

I thought the marine life this time was extraordinary. Saw a sea turtle, barracuda, grouper, red eye, just tons of fish. Lots of swim throughs on this one that were fantastic. The last was probably the tightest I’ve ever been in. Extraordinary views, not as close to the big wall this time. Probably my second favorite dive after grouper hole.

Started out with 20lbs this time as the 24 I took on the first overweighted me. Didn’t feel like I could descend very well so I went back and grabbed 2 extra for a total of 22. Still felt overweight but more controlled than the first time.
