Descended to 17m, then ascended.
Re-descend with Iain, equalisation difficult. Visibility shit on descent. Plankton in the water, lots.
Buoyancy very different.
Took a while to relax and focus on the life.
Iain's energy wonderful.
Proud moment! very scary! Hit me head against stuff on leaving boat - cool guys helping out there. getting name.
