Deco Dive to rescue sea creatures and to recover an illegal gill net that was dropped there by fishermen the previous day. Got whipped by a blue spotted stingray as I was cutting it out of the net, and took a good chunk out of my right thumb. At 30m it was cool seeing my green blood. Also managed to save a crab as well. Stayed down extra long with Larry who had about 15-20 minutes deco time. We got a big thank you from the National Park staff as they were trying to locate that net so that they could charge the captain and crew who dropped it the day before when they saw the NP boat coming at them. Without any evidence they wouldn't be able to prosecute them.
