Diving in full wet suit (5-7mm??) and boots. Weight was ok although felt slightly heavy especially at depth. Weight of 12kg plus 1kg in pocket. Guidance is 10% of body weight plus 3kg. I think the 12 would have been good. Never really sorted out the weight during the whole week.
