First dive at Aliwal. Problems with weights. 8kg not enough. Strong surge. Used a lot of air and 10lt not enough. Turtle Needle fish Angel Lots of life on the reef

Bad dive for me. I did not calculate my weights , and could not decent. Then I had to come back to the boat to get more weights. By the time I got back down I was tired and could not breath. LESSON LEARNED- Calculate weights the night before and do proper planning.

Very nice dive. Saw 3 Raggy Sharks. Skipper was not very friendly, and we were rushed to do a quick turn around on the beach. Equipment got switched around wrong and the whole scenario felt unsafe to me and because of that I did not do a second dive. 10kg weights to heavy for me now. Need to stay on 9kg
