Diver's Notes

After some equipment failure, we went for a mosey around Alma Bay on Magnetic Island. The visibility was quite awful, certainly less than 5m. Much of the coral was dead or dying, although there were many new coral growths sprouting up around the place.

I actually got cold on this dive, perhaps it's time to invest in a 5mm wetsuit.

I got a little bored and felt unwell, but the dive was rescued at the very end by the sighting of a green sea turtle.
