1. Dpv 앞으로 보냈다 뒤로 보내면서 잡는 연습 매번 스위치 온 오프
2. DPV 훈도시 앞으로 장착, 뒤로 장착, 정리해서 어때 D링에 장착 연습
3. 롱턴(한손으로 틀어서 회전하기), 뱅크(몸을 회전할 방향으로 기울여서 회전하기), 숏턴(스위치를 잡은 손 말고 다른 손으로 기체를 밀어서 오른쪽으로 확 튼 뒤 정지, 또는 당겨서 왼쪽으로 환 특 뒤 정지)
4. 이동할때 버디와 속도를 맞추어 이동하기
5. 어두운 곳에서는 랜턴을 앞서가는 다이버가 볼 수 있는 위치에 빛을 뿌리면서 가기
