Diver's Notes

Entered at the Inland Sea and swam through the tunnel to the Mediterranean. Once through the tunnel, we swam to the right (West-NW)to head up to Whale Cave. The swim to the cave took ~13min. Finishing a quick tour of the "cave", we swam back past the tunnel to the inland sea to the west/nw side of the Azure Window before swimming around the arch of the window to view the arch from the other side. The view underwater of the arch above the water was better from the east side. From there we swam through the underwater arch into the Blue Hole and the proceeded into a cave (cavelet) that allowed us to view the underwater arch of the blue hole with the light streaming through, very relaxing. I could imagine one going into that cave just to be by oneself. We performed our safety stop in the water's of the blue hole before attempting our exit. Usually, people will go in at the blue hole and exit at the inland sea, I can see why. Footing is a little precarious and slippy once you are tired and wet. Anyway, we managed to get out, me carrying the fins, and Bjorn and Miles helping Rita with her equipment and stability over the rocks.
