Horrible dive. Using Nitrox for the first time (part of my course). The DM knows I know the area, so before entering he tells my buddy and me that when the other couple divers need to go back, we continue on our own.
It's usually an easy dive, but then we have tons of air and instead of going the usual way we explore a little (and visibility was not ideal). And then I decide to cut back, to make sure we don't end up short on air.
I got lost. Damn. Had to exit a bit further away, have to hurry a little (thus the high air compsumption), still not on the reserve, but buddy ends up with ear problems. Not ideal.
*Sigh*
