Diver's Notes

The Dona Paula, a warship of the Brazil Navy, sank in 1827 in pursuit of a pirate ship which operated on the shores of Rio de Janeiro. There are still several guns and bullets. The wreckage ranges from 5 to 15 meters deep, between the two dos Franceses islands, off the Atalaia Pontal. It is generally a cold water site.
