    dk Logbook

  • Scubadiving was always a great fascination to me before I got certified, the ability to move freely in a 3-dimentional environment, to breathe under water and to glide over a world of life - none of this lessened after my certification and I enjoy dives in as well cold as warm waters.

Wreck penetration, very very cool! Saw the trucks, boots, bikes, parts, grenades. Saw the locomotive outside. Saw huge Napoleon fish. Great dive, got excellent video. Guide: Mustaffa CNS Manual: 14 + 24 = 38% Computer: 19%

Entry and Exit by Zodiac Very interesting wreck - very confusing / disorienting Inside. Was glad to have the guide. Went into engine room, cafeteria, bridge - got decent video of port and bow. Dropped weight-pocket (4kg) at 20m as we exited wreck - retrieved quickly at around 25ish meter - Sten helped get it back in place. Guide: Luke CNS Manual: 20% Comp: 12%

    Hms Maori

Fascinating! We swam in the halls of the HMS Maori. The Compass stood there still. We swam with big schools of fish which was very surreal. It was amazing to experience such history with so much life.
