Diver's Notes

Unbelievable dive, went inside wreck with divemaster Brent. Wreck was huge and surreal. The Spiegel Grove was originally sunk to create a reef and ended up on its side. When Hurricane Wilma went through it righted the ship and it now sits upright on the bottom. The boat was used to move troops and also helped evacuate Lebanon and drop troops off during the invasion in Grenada.
