Cozumel Mexico. Weather was raining and windy. Water was extremely choppy and very tough. The boat was very small and old. Smallest dive boat that I've been on to this point. Much different than I've been used to diving everywhere else.
Decent reef. Three beginners in the group who were on only their first dives post certification.
