Diver's Notes

Dived inside of Hat Island (Havanah Harbour side).

Started near a white sand beach about 2/3 of the way (north to south) of the island. There was a current running south to north so it was mostly a drift dive.

We started out over white sand and staghorn coral then drifted onto a reef with lovely fan corals and good fish life. Some huge fan corals as we moved north and a white tip reef shark just in the deeper water.

We finished close to the northern point but we didn't quite get there. We have heard that this northern point is really good diving with some swim throughs and bigger fish. Also deeper into the channel is known to have bigger pelagic fish and sharks.
