Diver's Notes

14 pounds of weight. Wasn't certain of my buoyancy and was unsure whether I was the problem or the weights. The instructor recommended I go down to 12 pounds. I expressed my concerns about whether I was causing the buoyancy issues with breathing and we agreed that I would proceed with the next dive with the same weight.
