DC: GC Dive Adventures
The vis was 2-3m and the water was freezing. About 5 minutes after descent, Maddie and I decided to thumb the dive due to the cold, and do a free ascent using my DSMB.
The ascent went well and was very cool, although I went up much slower than I could have. As a result we ended up drifting a long way from the boat, which lead to an exhausting surface swim in rough seas.
