Diver's Notes

First of all Birchy Head is a great place for deep shore dives. just be careful of the rocks when you are getting to the place. there is a line provided there and you can hold on it while going down/up of the rocks. There is not a lot of Marine life that you can enjoy. maybe some lobsters and sea plants up to the depth of 40ft. watch for the boats since there is boat traffic there.
At the end of the dive. For some reason I got too light at the time of my safety stop. it was challenging to keep myself at the depth of 15ft. had to hold on a rock on the seafloor. at the depth of 140ft we did't stay there long. as soon as we reached there I hit the end of my line wheeler. I had only 2000psi left so we called the dive and we headed back. Didnt have any weight problem at entering or any part of the dive except at the safety stop. I released all the air in my BCD or my Drysuit. probably I needed a little more weight. but last week I dove with the same gears and weight at the same dive place and had no problem. this was my last dive for the PADI Specialty Deep diver.
