3 beautiful cuttlefish all together on the reef. On the way to the artificial reef be on the look out for gobi's and partner shrimp, plus some flounders hidden in the sand.

AWARE Reef Cleanup dive. Next time, dive without weight. Towed up a lobster cage, two tires and a sack full of trash then had to do a long surface swim with everything in tow.

Quite an emergency preparedness experience: the divers that Pauline was leading, Yuri and Eva, were not experienced enough to be diving the cruiser and the current was beyond extreme, to the point of being in a wash machine. I ended up towing Eva at max depth, while Pauline took photos.

Better dive for Yuri and Eva, which is good. Unfortunately, I had a gear malfunction on an otherwise beautiful dive. There must have been some sort of crazy leak, as 25 minutes into the dive I went from 200 bar to only 20. Made my ascent right away, after signaling the group and did my safety stop alone. Biggest groupers I have ever seen at this site, by the way.

Finally saw my first turtle, along with 5 or 6 black tips. We dropped in on a couple of cuttlefish who were totally indifferent to our presence, it was as if they were ignoring us. Very funny.

Took out the DSDs for a surprisingly good dive. Flounders (x2) Pipefish (x2) Leopard Shark (x2).
Had a choppy exit on the surface where the mother of the DSD group panicked as she tried to climb the boat ladder, rocking in the waves. Quickly I saw the boat take a massive pitch, and I yanked the mother away from the ladder right before the full force of the vessel came down on her head.
