We are participating today in the startup contest Techcrunch Disrupt. Support Diveboard by voting for us!
For our rescue class we practiced how to use a pocket mask. We repeated how to get the equipment off of a unconscious diver, drag him to an exit point, spread the tasks between other divers or people on shore and how to get a diver out of the water (no beach). For our wreck dive tomorrow we practiced how to use a safety reel and how to follow it in a buddy team. Therefor we dove down to 31 meters to build up some narcosis after we trained to do a primary and secondary tie and the extensions. During the work with the reel our instructor confronted us with an out of air problem so the diver with the reel need to give his octopus to another diver. Shortly after we had another out off air situation so the diver with the reel had go buddy breath. A few minutes later the buddy breathing was extended by another out of air diver
