Diver's Notes

Dive from hard boat 20 mins north of harbour. Down to pinnacles at about 20m then drift south. Saw turtle on surface then at depth. Water very clear. Saw yellow and blue tang, lion fish, a pair of stone fish, shoals of fusiliers and snapper.

Managed to kick out toms reg at 15m. He was struggling to find it when I turned around. I stuffed it in his mouth and after a period of shock he recovered well, did not panic and so we continued our dive.

Rose to 10m for later part of dive. Used smb for first time. I did reel and Tom added air. 1.5 secs of air in smb not enough. Worked ok for boat to see us. Best dive so far.
