Durring a previous dive Jason noticed a white #24 line installed on the opposite side of the Rock Garden from the goldline. We decided during the debrief of that dive to perform another dive to investigate the presence of this line. We dropped down from the Deco Cavern into the Rock Garden and ran our primary rell to the far left of the rock garden near the floor. We located white #24 line that appeared to be fairly new tied off at approximately 50-55 foot depth. We swam approximately 100'-150' down this line before coming to a large bottle-off restriction. We turned the dive after coming upon the restriction and exited without incident. We reported the presence of this new permanent line in the cavern zone to Edd Sorenson.
