Species Identified
Mycteroperca rubra (Bloch, 1793) (Grouper)
Occurs over rocky and sandy bottoms; young individuals very common in mangrove-lined lagoons. Feeds on mollusks and small fishes. Marketed fresh.
Scyllarus arctus (Linnaeus, 1758) (small European locust lobster)
