Dive Buddies: Clint, Marilyn, Michael
Cress/Mountain St.
Took entrance from Mountain. Down flights of stairs to the beach. Entered sandy area inline with lifeguard tower, left of halfway rock.
Surface swam to outer reef. Drop down point at Kelp patch north of pinnacle of the reef.
Visibility was poor 15ft. Good amount of surge.
Did not find the Underwater Arch.
Cold dive at 51 degrees at the outer reef.
