First open water dive at Järnavik in Blekinge, Sweden. Jumped off the pier with a free flowing octo as result as soon as i hit the water. Went through the customary exercises and then followed the dive instructor around.

Continued with the open water dive exercises. Bad visibility and a sprained ankle made me focus on the beauty of the calmness below instead.

Dry suit Adventure dive. Tried some different exercises to improve buoyancy and to prevent going to the surface if you got the legs upwards or got to much air in the suit.
We decided to go for the wreck that should be a 10 min swim from the beach. Nicke had the navigation. When we arrived at the wreck it was a 15 m long vessel that was lying on a depth of 9m. We did see some crabs on the bottom and around the wreck. On the way back on the depth of 5 m we could see a really thin cloud that made the impression of dividing the water in two separate layers.
We went to the wreck again, just as dive 7. We got to see some shrimps that was really beautiful, almost transparent and with golden spots on the body. This dive i had a 10 L 225 bar bottle - I should have added more weight. I had to dive with a squeeze in the dry suit not to surface. In the end of the dive i even had to constrain my breathing a little, taking shallower breaths not to surface. Since i didn't feel uncomfortable with the situation and we were quite shallow and didn't have many minutes left to the shore I didn't abort the dive.
Entered the water by a ladder and swam to the south looking at big square stones that the ice left there during the last ice age. Since the weather had been calm for some days I had the best visibility so far.
Night dive. Dived along the shore in shallow waters since we from the last dive knew there where more vegetation and fishes to be seen there. Saw a lot of sculpins. Was my first night dive and I really enjoyed it.
Divers night 2012! Really shitty visibility at the location since it's been quite windy. On the outside of the pier of the harbor the water was like milk with around 0,5 m visibility. Me and Patrik went inside the harbor where the visibility where somewhat better. Dived under a fishing boat and then to the other side of the harbor and back. Did see some perch.
