I took a PADI open water course as a refresher, and Sarah and Ethan took it for the first time. This was our first Open Water checkout dive; Eric came along as an observer and did some of the skills with us as a refresher.
We did a few skills, but mostly had a relaxing scenic dive. The water temp was very comfortable in my suit. Sarah and Ethan had not problems. Our buoyancy was good.
We saw a devil scorpion fish and a leaf scorpion fish.
Jason Keefer from Kohala Divers PADI#151392 was our instructor.
The dive boat was really well run, everything was labeled and very efficient. Captain Bill was great.
