Visibility better than the last few months. Swam to the Cortina to attach a small duck that Anne took to mark the position on the surface. I must have measured the string out a little short because it didn't quite reach. I emptied the air out of all the bottles on the phone line as they have turned out to be more of a hindrance than a help.
