I had the usual problem when the water temperature drops below about 10 C with not being able to feel my hands after 15 minutes. I had worn washing up gloves under my drysuit seals, with 5mm neoprene gloves over the top. My hands stayed completely dry but still got cold just as fast. I found a selection of plastic tropical fish.
