Another day at St Brides Haven with some of the ocean diver trainees. Louise had dived a couple of times here yesterday and seemed relaxed in the water, we swam out of the bay to the left and over a section of kelp. We saw lots of spider crabs and fish, a common starfish and picked up a few souvenir shells. Louise had problems with her hood coming off in her mask removal and replacement exercise, but completed it ok.
