Panama City Dive Club Event
Out going tide.
Top 10ft of sea water was an extremely low visibility layer halocline. After you got below that though it actually was relatively clear water, but VERY low light penetration due to the top layer. Very similar conditions as dive #15, however due to outgoing tide it was pitch black, what must be equivalent to a night dive.
3 person group dive.
