Benbrook Fire Department Training Dive. Deployed the bouy from Rescue 7. My first boat dive. Peter's first black water dive. Didn't see any fish.
We deployed a bouy with a dive flag. The waves were small. Kyle was the boat officer while Peter and I descended on a bouy.
Being a black water orientation dive for Peter, I observed him for a couple of minutes when we reached the bottom. I assessed he felt pretty comfortable, so I let him get out of sight on the tether and get out "on his own". We explored the bottom for a little while, then made our ascent.
