NW from the resort only 5min out lies this site between two reefs with one being Swirling Coconut in the left. Unfortunately due to the rough seas and high winds we could get the full experience of this site. Usually you would continue to swim NW, but the high seas was going to make it hear impossible to get back on the boat.
Instead we circled the area about for around 15min before slowly making our way back to one again swim up to the dive shop.
I was looking forward to this dive as it reads to have the best potential for larger sea-life. But we never got a chance to make the most of it.
Typical hard and soft corals along withe regular fish species. We did come across two small white tipped sharks and several very large schools of fish. There is also a fairly rare for Fiji Black Coral tree which we found swimming inside a juvenile Sweet Lip
