Diver's Notes

We travelled NW for around 15min to get to this site in 1-2m very stormy seas, though surprisingly very nice and calm under water

The actual wreck site lies on top of the reef. It's an old cargo ship deliberately sunk to create this dive site. Several year ago the The bow broke off and rolled down the slope of the reef to the sandy bottom.

The first part of the dive is a slow current drift to the bow. The water here was clear with a really nice light in and around the area. There were lots of schools of fish in the open sections of the bow while on top we found porcupine fish bones in a small pile. Two cheeky prawns poking out one crevice, while on the bottom we found a tiny translucent prawn?
