Diver's Notes

Our first dive down in Ulladulla, and probably our last one in Sydney for some time
- heading down to Melbourne.

Tanh and Ghee had some dodgy hire gear that they didn't
want to take down, so aborted before going under.

The sea was very rough, and th
skipper swore that it would be calm underneath, but the girls were none too sure
- Tanh, Ghee, and Rosi all blew chunks at some time or another.

The first dive
site that we went to (North Bommie?) had the permanent mooring occupied, and after
unsuccessfully anchoring we went back closer to the heads where I believe the dive
site was called Burill Rocks.

Craig, Aaron and I were the only ones who wanted to
go down, the girls and Tanh stayed on the boat and got sick, but it was so calm underneath
the water even though the sea was really really rough.

There were lots of Yuki's
crazy-fish around, which followed us everywhere.

Some interesting little slugs
and things, we headed towards the north along a rocky outcrop until we got to 100
bar and then headed back.
Craig went up at 80 but Aaron and I stayed and fed sea
urchins to the gropers until I got to 50 (came up very low).

Too much weight (yeah
forgot the weight belt so had to borrow them).
Maybe it's the gym.
