Diver's Notes

Night Dvie SC wharf: VIs was so so but we had fun and saw a fair amount of live and few odds and ends.
Mask was not leaky this time, but fiber optic cable pull out and I could not get it back in so pictures where a crap shoot.
Also, I discocered tha I can't see my drysuit vent and the F'ing distracting, and caused some havoc with my bouncy as I over compensated either way.

@Wharf 6/19/2012 starting at 9:38 PM. I'll call it 41 minutes with a maximum depth of 31 FT with a minimum temp of a balmy 52 °F (well 51.8) 3365 to 870psi with one quick bob up when we um lost the wharf. Nominal swell (we hit pretty close to high tide cap). little surge but not much. All in all a good night not be doing work email :).

Vis was a little hard to judge but better then the last dusk dive, you could reliable navigate between pillions, and could find your buddies light a not unreasonable distance away. So will say 4-8+ feet, with modest light penetration. Lots of life out, Mike Rude found a pair of scissors, we saw some big pink worm twisting in mid water... a HUGE dead jelly and the usual suspects around the poles. A lot of the best life still seems to be right in that 18ft range as you go up.
My fiber optic cable came out and the little piece of tape I had cleverly put there to keep that from happening got gummed up and I couldn't put it back in :( so the pics are not looking so great. I'll post a link of any are salvageable.
No Mask leak this time (yeah!). I learned that not being able to easily see my drysuit vent freaks me right the hell out and leads to some nasty over compensation though I was getting my zen back by the time we where done
