Saw some tube worms, a banded coral shrimp inside a sponge, some brittle stars inside a sponge, and a zoanthid of some sort.

First dive as a certified diver! This was an easy dive to get used to being back in the water again. There were a lot of huge barrel sponges which I didn't see in Belize. Saw a sting ray, purple shrimps (Pederson Cleaning Shrimp), several groupers, dog face puffers, and an unknwn fish that blended into the ocean floor (lizardfish).

Had a grouper following us around for awhile. Saw some puffers and a black durgon. Found another lizardfish and a purple fluorescent looking sponge. Also, saw a seahorse under a rock with isn't tail wrapped around some coral.

16.5m - 60 min - Dived with Andrea Flores from Barefoot Divers

Saw a pipefish and several really big lion fish. There were some Christmas tree worms and an arrow crab. Large lion fish, warty corallimorph, and the same zoanthid as we saw at crazy canyons.

This was a great site because of the rock formations. We swam through a cave and swam around a rock pillar from the middle to the top. There were many groups of juvenile fish towards the top of the rock pillar.

Training for Deep Dive. Dove around the wreck and then explored the surrounding reef. The wreck was really impressive and wreck diving is something I would like to do more of.

One of the best dive sites with a lot of life! Saw french angels, queen angels, sea turtles, goat fish, barracuda, parrot fish, rays, lobsters, and many school of different types of fish.

Watched the feeding of ~15 reef sharks. After the feeding we got to swim with the sharks and look for teeth. I was given a tooth by the dive master and I found a tooth which I gave to Kevin.

Saw two reef squid and a mantis shrimp. Swam through several narrow cracks in the reef. Beautiful rock formations and marine life but I was getting to cold to enjoy it - need to get a wet suit.
