We did this as a drift dive. There was a lot of nice hard corals on this dive - the pilar coral in particular was impressive. There were also a lot of really nice sponges. There was a big group of barracuda towards the start of the dive.

This was a calm relaxing dive. It was nice but not too noteworthy except for some interesting sponges. My camera started leaking a bit so I ended the dive a bit early.

This was a pretty dive - the small wall had some nice plate coral on it. We saw a dancing peppermint shrimp and a really tiny drumfish. Since I didn't have my camera, Justin was messing with me and tried to take my fin.

The best dive of the trip so far! We saw squid, a flying gurnard, eels, a flounder, and octopus, a juvenile trunkfish, and a nimble spray crab. There was also beautiful elkhorn coral and a bunch of metal wreckage at the turnaround point.

This was a nice dive. The reef looked healthy. We saw scorpion fish, drumfish, and a queen angel. There were some jawfish in the sandy rubble at the end of the dive. During the surface interval there was a big pod of dolphins hanging around the boat.
This was a great drift dive! The coral was nice but the animals on the reef were great! We saw a queen angel, scorpion fish, drumfish, a large mantis shrimp, and an octopus out and about on the reef.

A nice dive with a variety of coral. There was a big elkhorn at the start of the dive and the soft coral was especially nice. We saw scorpion fish, drum fish, a couple lobsters, a sharp tail eel, and some banded coral shrimp.

Another nice dive with a variety of healthy coral - particularly the soft coral. We saw scorpion fish and drums - there are a lot of those here. We did this as a drift dive. We also saw a group of barracuda and I saw a nimble spray crab.
This might have been a good dive but the strong current and low visibility made it less enjoyable than it might have been. We saw jawfish, turtles, a drumfish, a sharp tail eel, a pipefish, and an unusual anemone (elegant anemone)
2021-12-16 - Shipwreck Point, Curacao, Netherlands Antilles
21m - 58 min
This dive wasn't very good - there was a strong current and low visibility so we had to do it as a drift dive and there was a lot of dead coral where we drifted. We saw a scorpion fish, sgt. major eggs, a moray eels, and a sharp tail eel. There was a coral nursery where we did our safety stop.
