We went diving at the Japanese gardens in koh tao to do our navigation course work. It was very straight forward, we counted fin kicks and did reciprocal and square coordinates on the compass.

16m - 54 min - Dived with Saisha

We did our bouyancy skills on this dive. Most of which involved being able to hover using only the breathe to maintain neutral bouyancy. We also did an obstacle course of weights lined up along the bottom where we could only use our regs to knock them over. We also did under water handstands, which was fun.

8m - 35 min - Dived with Saisha

We went for a night dive specialty for our PADI advanced. It was a shallow dive just after sunset. I saw my first anemone and anemone fish of our dives on the island. There was an adorable pufferfish, and just a beautiful ambience from the lights. I used my GoBe 850 lights and gopro with filters. They came in very handy!

28m - 44 min - Dived with Saisha Playfair

We went to Hin Wong Pinnacle for our deep dive certification. What an amazing site! There was a lot of diversity. Rolling hills of soft pink coral, so many species of fish and the amazing colours. 2016-07-08 - Lighthouse, Koh Tao, Thailand

14m - 48 min - Dived with Saisha Playfair

Lighthouse bay was the final dive site used for our fish ID certification. I took the camera and got a lot of great shots of anemones and anemone fish. Maddy found a magnificent anemone that really stood out, it was spectacular. Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wwwsTvfsx_E
