Diver's Notes

Headed out further from the mooring this time, current was stronger and it was stirring up the visibility. As we came over a drop off a couple of large rays cruised majestically past. We followed to check them out and they joined up with a larger group - possibly 10 or more... cruising around - I think they were checking us out as much as we checked them out.

One of the rays followed me back to the mooring line - it was shoulder to shoulder and heaps bigger than me. Awesome animals.
