Diver's Notes

We planned some time ago to dive Shelly Beach for Stephen Williams Birthday! The aim being to find the juvenile dusky whaler sharks that have been reported there lately.

We dived the left side of Shelly - towards fairy bower... and found the elusive whalers. Otherwise not the most exciting dive site on earth... but the sharks made it! Got glimpses of them from time to time, generally keeping their distance.
